it had been too long since the last time i had been thrifting. i am so glad i found this thrift store because it was full of little gems. i found a vintage light up globe which we now use as a night light. a vintage boom box for our trips to the beach and dancing in the living room like we did today. three super cool books, in mint condition. a cars story book, niko loves queen aka lightnigh mccqueen. the giving tree, ive been looking for that one for a while, i just wanted a used one. the giving tree was one of my favorite books as a kid and wanted to find it so i can read it to my buggies. we also collect dr. seuss and this one is the best one, oh, the places you'll go. man this book is a must have for kids (and adults). the best story probably in the history of children's books. and i also found these red shiny shoes for luna, brand new from gymboree for only 4 bucks. with finds like this, i think im gonna plan another trip to the thrift store soon. i love smart shopping. they had pretty cute little girl clothes, next time im gonna dig in the ladies section. my closets been sad looking lately. hope you're having a great mothers day weekend! xo Liz
